Chaouki applies a practical approach to strategic planning, process management, and delivery across mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors across New York, Washington DC, Miami, and beyond. His particular strength lies with investor and developer entities, providing leadership consulting. Early in his career, Chao was instrumental in a family-owned Architectural & Engineering business providing professional services throughout the Middle East, responsible for design management and construction administration.
